Terms of Use
The rules for using SPL Token Launcher, the risks involved and what you are responsible for. Please read them before you create a token or a pool.
Last updated:
1.Agreeing to these terms
These Terms of Use apply to spltokenlauncher.pro and its tools (the "Service"), run by SPL Token Launcher ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement where you live.
2.What the Service is
SPL Token Launcher is a non-custodial software tool. It helps you build Solana transactions to create SPL tokens (with their metadata) and to create Raydium CPMM liquidity pools on Solana mainnet.
- You connect your own wallet and approve every transaction yourself.
- We never hold, see or control your private keys, seed phrase or funds.
- The tokens you create are sent to your wallet. You, not us, control them and any authority you keep over them.
- We do not run an exchange, broker trades, hold customer funds or list tokens.
We may change, pause or stop any feature at any time. Some features may be shown as unavailable.
3.Fees and payments
- Our fee for each feature is shown on the page before you sign. It is paid in SOL as part of the same transaction that creates your token.
- If the transaction fails, it does not go through and our fee is not charged.
- Once the transaction is confirmed on-chain, fees are non-refundable.
- You also pay Solana network fees and rent, and any fees charged by third parties such as Raydium for creating a pool. These go to the network or the third party, not to us.
- You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your use of the Service.
4.Transactions are irreversible
Blockchain transactions cannot be undone. Before you sign, check every detail: token name, symbol, supply, decimals, logo, which authorities you remove, pool amounts and prices.
Some choices are permanent by design. Removing mint authority means nobody can ever create more of the token. Removing freeze authority means nobody can ever freeze holders' tokens. Locking metadata means the name, symbol and metadata link can never be changed. Logos and metadata are uploaded to public IPFS and cannot be deleted. We cannot reverse, edit or cancel anything on your behalf.
5.No financial or investment advice
Everything on this site, including guides, comparisons, tools and examples, is for general information and education only. We are not a financial, investment, legal or tax adviser, and nothing here is personal advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or create any token.
Tokens created with the Service are created by their users. They are not issued, offered, sold or endorsed by us, and we make no statement about their value, legitimacy or future. Do your own research and get professional advice where needed.
6.Your responsibilities
You alone are responsible for:
- complying with all laws and regulations that apply to you and your token where you live and where you offer it, including securities, financial-promotion, consumer-protection, anti-money-laundering, sanctions and tax laws;
- any project, token or pool you create, and anything you say or promise about it to others;
- keeping your wallet, private keys and seed phrase safe;
- making sure you have the rights to every name, symbol, logo, description and link you use.
7.Names, logos and the Copy Tokens feature
The Copy Tokens feature pre-fills a new token with the name, symbol, logo, description and links of another token. It creates a new, separate token; it does not copy holders, liquidity or value.
You must not use this feature, or any other part of the Service, to:
- infringe anyone's trademark, copyright or other rights, for example by using a brand's name or logo without permission;
- impersonate another project, company, person or brand, or suggest an affiliation that does not exist;
- mislead people into believing your token is another token, or that it is official.
You are fully responsible for the content you publish. If we receive a credible complaint, we may restrict your access to the Service, but we cannot remove anything from the blockchain or IPFS.
8.Prohibited uses
You must not use the Service for:
- scams, fraud, phishing or any deceptive scheme;
- "rug pulls", meaning creating a token or pool to attract buyers and then removing liquidity or dumping supply to take their money;
- market manipulation, such as wash trading, pump-and-dump schemes or spreading false information about a token;
- money laundering, terrorist financing, or evading sanctions, or use by anyone on a sanctions list or in a sanctioned country;
- infringing intellectual property or impersonation (see section 7);
- attacking, overloading, scraping or interfering with the Service or the services it relies on.
We may block access to the Service for anyone we reasonably believe is breaking these rules.
9.Risks you accept
Creating, trading and holding tokens involves significant risk, including total loss of funds. In particular:
- Volatility: token prices can move sharply and may go to zero. Many new tokens lose most or all of their value.
- Technical risk: blockchains, smart contracts, wallets and RPC nodes can have bugs, outages, congestion or attacks. Transactions can fail or behave unexpectedly.
- Liquidity risk: you can lose value when adding liquidity to a pool, for example through price changes or trades by others.
- Third-party services: the Service depends on services we do not control, including Solana, Raydium, your wallet (such as Phantom), Helius, Pinata and IPFS. Their failure, changes or fees can affect you, and we are not responsible for them.
- Regulatory risk: laws about crypto-assets change and may affect your token or your ability to use it.
- User error: mistakes such as wrong amounts, wrong settings or a compromised wallet usually cannot be fixed.
10.No warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that information on the site (including prices, estimates and third-party data) is complete or current.
11.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SPL Token Launcher and the people behind it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, tokens, funds, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the transaction that gave rise to the claim.
Some countries do not allow certain limits on liability. In that case, these limits apply only as far as the law allows, and nothing in these terms removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
12.Indemnity
You agree to compensate and protect SPL Token Launcher and the people behind it from any claims, losses, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, the tokens or pools you create, the content you publish, or your breach of these terms or of any law or third-party right.
13.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
14.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of SPL Token Launcher is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not take away any mandatory protection you have under the laws of the country where you live. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
