Privacy Policy
What information is handled when you use SPL Token Launcher, who it is shared with, and what you can do about it. Written in plain English.
Last updated:
1.The short version
- You do not create an account with us. We do not ask for your name, email or phone number.
- We use Google Analytics (through Firebase) to understand how the site is used and which ads work. It sets cookies. In Europe it only runs if you accept, and anyone can switch it off.
- We do not send your wallet address or the token name, symbol or description you type to Google Analytics.
- Everything you do on the Solana blockchain is public and permanent. That is how blockchains work, not something we control.
- Your token logo and metadata are uploaded to IPFS. They are public and cannot be deleted.
- We never see or store your wallet's private key or seed phrase.
2.Who we are
SPL Token Launcher ("we", "us") runs the website spltokenlauncher.pro, a tool for creating Solana tokens and liquidity pools. This policy explains what information is handled when you use the site. You can reach us at contact@spltokenlauncher.pro.
3.What information is collected
No account data. There are no accounts, logins or sign-ups. We do not collect your email address, and we do not keep a user database.
Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google through Firebase. When you use the site, it records events such as:
- pages you view, buttons you click and steps you reach in the token creation flow;
- where you came from: the referring website and the campaign tags in the link (UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term), which tell us which ad or post you clicked;
- the type of wallet you connect (for example "Phantom"), but not your wallet address;
- the options you choose and the fee you pay when a token is created (for example "0.4 SOL, mint authority revoked"), but not the token's name, symbol or description;
- technical performance measurements (Web Vitals, such as page load speed) and error messages, with wallet and token addresses removed.
Google Analytics also processes your IP address and device information (browser, operating system, screen size) to produce general location and device reports. We do not use it to identify you by name. Google signals is enabled in our account, which lets Google add aggregated, anonymous insights from people signed in to their Google account; we never receive personal information from it, and you can control ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.
Advertising measurement. If you arrive by clicking one of our ads on Coinzilla or Bitmedia, the link contains a click ID created by that ad network. We keep it in your browser for the current visit only. If you then connect a wallet or create a token, your browser sends that click ID and the type of action ("register" or "sale") back to the same ad network once, so it can tell us how many of its clicks led to a token. No wallet address, token details or analytics identifier is sent. This happens only if analytics is allowed (see section 7), and never for visitors who did not click one of these ads.
Counting tokens on-chain. To check our analytics, we count the fee payments our own wallet receives on the public Solana blockchain, per day. We do not combine this with Google Analytics data at the level of individual visitors.
Wallet information. When you connect a wallet, the site reads your public wallet address and token balances so it can build transactions for you. Your wallet signs every transaction itself. We never see, receive or store your private key or seed phrase.
Token details you enter. The name, symbol, description, logo, website and social links you enter are used to create your token's metadata (see section 5).
4.Blockchain data is public and permanent
Tokens, pools and payments are created by transactions on the Solana blockchain. Anyone can see these transactions, including your wallet address, the token you created, the amounts and the time. They are stored permanently by the Solana network.
We do not control the blockchain. Nobody, including us, can change or delete a confirmed transaction.
5.Token logos and metadata on IPFS
When you create a token, your logo image and a metadata file (name, symbol, description, website and social links, plus a "Creator: SplTokenLauncher" label) are uploaded to IPFS through Pinata, a file-hosting service. IPFS is a public network: anyone with the link can view these files, and copies may be kept by other IPFS nodes.
Once uploaded, this content is public and cannot be deleted, by you or by us. Do not put personal information you want to keep private in your token's name, description, logo or links.
6.Third-party services
The site relies on the services below. When your browser talks to them, they receive your IP address and the data needed for that request. Each one handles data under its own privacy policy.
- Google / Firebase: website hosting, Google Analytics 4, and a Firestore database we use for pre-generated vanity addresses (no personal data is stored there).
- Helius: Solana RPC provider. It receives your wallet address, balance lookups and the transactions you send.
- Pinata and IPFS gateways: store and serve token logos and metadata.
- Raydium API: pool and token information for the liquidity pages.
- DexScreener: trending token profiles shown on the Copy Tokens page.
- Google Fonts: the fonts used on the site.
- Coinzilla and Bitmedia (advertising networks): only if you clicked one of our ads there, they receive the conversion signal described in section 3.
- Solscan and GeckoTerminal: we link to Solscan and show GeckoTerminal charts so you can view your token and pool. If you open them, their own policies apply.
- Your wallet provider (for example Phantom): handles signing in your own wallet app.
We do not sell your personal information. The site loads no advertising scripts or pixels (such as Meta, TikTok, X or Google Ads tags) and sets no advertising cookies.
8.How long data is kept
- Analytics data is kept by Google Analytics for the retention period set in our account (between 2 and 14 months), then deleted automatically.
- Ad click IDs stay in your browser only for the current visit. What the ad network keeps is set by its own policy.
- Browser storage stays on your device until it expires (24 hours for the form draft), you close the tab (session data) or you clear it.
- Blockchain and IPFS data is permanent and outside anyone's control to delete.
9.International transfers
The services we use, including Google, Helius and Pinata, may process data in the United States and other countries that may have different data protection laws from yours. Each provider applies its own safeguards for these transfers, as described in its privacy policy. The Solana network and IPFS are global networks with no single location.
10.Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU or UK GDPR, or California's CCPA), you may have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- object to or restrict how we use it;
- complain to your local data protection authority.
The only personal data we can act on is analytics data. We no longer send wallet addresses to Google Analytics; older records may still contain one until they expire. To ask us to delete analytics data linked to your wallet address, email contact@spltokenlauncher.pro with the address. Because we have no accounts, we may not be able to find data that isn't linked to something you can give us.
What we cannot delete: transactions on the Solana blockchain and files on IPFS. Nobody can remove them once they are published.
11.Children
The site is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used the site, contact us and we will delete any analytics data we can find.
12.Security
The site is non-custodial: you sign every transaction in your own wallet, and we never hold your keys or funds. Keep your seed phrase private. We will never ask for it, and nobody from SPL Token Launcher will contact you to request it.
13.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the site or the services we use change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Please also read our Terms of Use.
14.Contact
